Biography

Tracey, a native San Diegan and 1983 graduate of the paralegal program at the University of San Diego joined the Klueck & Hoppes firm in March 2019, bringing with her an extensive background in family law. Over the past 35 years, she has assisted some of San Diego’s finest family law attorneys in all aspects of the family law process including dissolution and paternity matters, motions for child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, and bifurcated trials on character of assets, validity of Pre-nuptial agreements, and date of separation issues.

Tracey prides herself on her ability to work well with clients and opposing attorneys and court staff, and her ability to identify issues and produce excellent work product. She has a great deal of compassion and enjoys assisting family law clients during some of the most difficult times of their lives.

Away from the office, Tracey enjoys spending time with her friends and significant other, and her family, which includes two grandsons. She also enjoys off-roading. camping in the desert, boating, and walking with her rescued yellow lab, Sammy.
