Jariane Rubio is a proud first-generation Mexican and longtime San Diego resident who brings over twelve years of customer service experience to her work, including nine years in leadership roles. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Jariane has built her career on a foundation of dedication, empathy, and communication — values that allow her to connect with clients and colleagues across diverse backgrounds.
Starting her professional journey at a young age, she quickly distinguished herself through her work ethic and drive, earning recognition as the youngest manager at every company she’s been a part of. Her hands-on experience leading teams and fostering positive customer experiences has shaped her into a thoughtful, results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Outside of work, Jariane enjoys spending time with her dog, weightlifting, and practicing Pilates. She has a passion for cooking and hosting dinners, and finds balance and inspiration in nature and her love for animals. Her energy and enthusiasm extend beyond her career, reflecting the same commitment and care she brings to everything she does.
